and this is our story, so farFounded in 2018 in The Czech Republic, Tribe was created to connect growing and scaling companies with recruiters to help meet demand, with the right people at the right time.
We help entrepreneurs build dream teams that make the world a better place. We work with you to determine your requirements and use our extensive reach and access to industry professionals of all levels to identify suitable candidates quickly!

Before settling down, Martin used to work as a true Digital Nomad, and his journey took him to London.
Through freelancing alone, Martin worked with some of the world’s biggest brands, including Spotify, Zalando, GetYourGuide and Farfetch.
After returning to his hometown, Martin was inspired to start his own freelancing company.
Utilizing an embedded recruitment model, based on the models he had seen and used in London, and hiring a small team of expert recruiters, he launched Tribe with a number of Berlin-based companies.
Like most businesses, when Covid-19 hit there were a few months of uncertainty when lockdowns put most of Europe on hold. Luckily Tribe made it through – keeping on all full time staff – and started signing new contracts in September.
Tribe started 2021 with 13 members of staff and saw exponential growth throughout the year. Serving multiple unicorns – including Wolt, N26, Solaris Bank, Grover and Forto – Tribe closed the year with over 60 Tribe employees across the continent.
After a successful 2023 where we grew to over 100 Tribesters, we expect our biggest year yet and hope to create many more matches between tech startups and the perfect candidate.
